Real-estate billionaire Dwight Schar is proof that it’s never too late for a career change. At 25, Dwight was busy teaching juniors at Ohio’s Stow High School. Today, though, the Six Flags director is one of America’s most successful property developers, with a stake in the Washington Redskins and Fortune 500 company NVR.
